General Info

Z.O.Technology Services was created to provide superior customer service supporting individuals to small and medium businesses in the Austin TX area. We are a relatively new company on our own but have over 18 years of experience working in the IT industry supporting end users issues to proving support for server issues. Please read the services section to get an overview of the type of services that we provide to see if we could be an asset for your individual computer needs or your business needs. AS of now, we have only had a select few clients that we have worked with, but they could all provide a positive review to the superior, prompt and excellent service that we provided. We are looking to build are client list each month providing one time support up to signing a contract to provide on-going support whenever it is needed. As of this time, we are only able to support Windows installations and issues. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have anyone with Mac and programming experience. Although, if this is something that is needed, we may be able to find an individual that could work on your issue. Please contact us to see if we can make something workout. We hope in time, we will be able to staff individuals that are able to work on these issues full time.
