Owner, Rodney Bryant, is proud to be your provider for all your legal process needs. RODNEY is a native Austinite, having lived in Austin for 62 years. HE is also a retired criminal investigator. Having served the Austin Police Department for 25 years before his retirement in 1996. He also spent 5 years with the Austin ISD police department after his retirement. Rodney has been a professional process server for the last 6 years and is certified by the Texas Supreme Court to serve process.

Waterloo legal process has SIX years experience in the legal process field. We offer ALL legal process services AT reasonable and affordable rates. We pride ourselves in the fact that we. Unlike many other services. DO NOT allow your important documents to SIT for days being processed for service. Normal turnaround time is 48 hours when documents are served on first attempt. Of course. Those familiar with legal process realize that respondents are NOT always located on first service. Knowing this. Waterloo legal process service is proud to SAY. We are diligent in having YOU documents served AS soon AS possible. Realizing time is of the essence for your clients. We offer 3 free attempts with ALL service. AS well AS ONE half hour free surveillance time (upon request) on each attempt. This could mean AS much AS $150 in free service in serving your documents. Additional surveillance is available on request. Billed AT $100 PER hour. Servers for Waterloo legal process are either native or long-time AUSTINITES and central Texas residents making US familiar with the areas we serve. For those documents OUR clients need served upon receipt. Waterloo legal process offers 'rush' service. This service makes it possible to have your documents served same DAY (when received before 10AM the DAY of requested service) or within 24 hours upon receipt after 10AM that DAY of requested service. 'rush' service is available for an additional $30 PER document requiring return service.
