Dell's customer service would make Mafia members proud of the obfuscations. I have ordered and reordered a power supply to replace one that is going intermittent. I have been trying for two months and every week I get a call it is on back order, regardless of the supply selected. My next computer will be anytning else, including a commodore 64 to avoid dell. I bought a used notebook computer from a friend - warrenty expired. I thought I was buying a new warrenty for the hardware - turned out to be for software. On Dec. 15th I cancelled the warrenty agreement which I did not want. I'm due a $110 refund. Since then I've spent countless hours on the phone, talking to at least a dozen people (seven today, alone) to get this resolved. I think it was accomplished today - we'll see if the credit shows up. The worst part was having to explain over and over again to different people and getting transferred from one person to another. If the credit doesn't show up in a week or ten days, Mr. Michael Dell will hear from me.

I ordered the wrong toner for my printer. When I contacted Dell to see about exchanging the UNOPENED toner cartridges, they wouldn't even discuss it since it's been longer than 21 days from the purchase date.I simply wanted to exchange it for the correct toner. They could easily re-sell what I have.Even though I have a relative working for Dell and I've tried to support his company, I'll never buy another Dell product due to their customer no-service.

I bought a extended Warranty that I was told covered the battery. They now will not replace what I was told was covered! Iwill go to HP or another company that will stand by what they tell me!
