Worst customer service ever , they started yelling at me when I called and asked for the price of my car to get it out, then after we got into an argument they would no longer answer the phone for me , how am I supposed to get my car out if y'all don't answer the phone for me anymore. The lady who answered the phone was super rude she had a really bad attitude and wouldn't even let me talk and talked to me like I was some little girl. Now I have to have an officer go with me to pick up my car from them cause they won't answer their phone for me anymore and the lady has such an attitude I wanna make sure she doesn't get out of hand. It's such a shame that an officer has to help me get my car out of the impound cause of the lady that works there has such an attitude and won't let me get my car.

This company was dispatched by roadside to tow my car to the dealership. The driver was very profesional and made my experience with a wrecker service a positive one. The driver was clean cut and and not the stereotypical. I ended up driving with the driver to the dealership to get a loaner and not to mention, the driving experience was great! 5 thumbs up!

This company was dispatched by my insurance company to tow my car. When the driver showed up he was unable to do the job he said he didn't have the right equipment. I found the whole experience with this company less than professional. But to my surprise the next company they send out EAGLE TOWING not only had the right equipment and completed the job this company is very professional,right attitude thank you EAGLE TOWING.
