Bored with the same, old, cookie cutter food at chain eateries, the original owners of Rosalini's set out to forge a better path in 2008. Rosalini's was created with the intention of serving up fresh, creative dishes of everyone's favorites in a family--friendly atmosphere. It was this purpose that attracted us, Greg and Tara Brelinsky, to take ownership in December 2015. As the proprietors of Rosalini's, our mission is to serve you like you're family.
