Purchased a small arrangement for my sister who just gave birth to her first baby. I called up the shop and bought over the phone since I couldn’t make it in. As I feared, What they advertise on their website and what they actually deliver are two very different things.



Instead of a beautiful baby blue ceramic flower container being used, they placed all of the flowers in a very cheap small paint bucket tin. It was something you would get at the dollar store. When I called up to complain, I was told that the $40 price point doesn’t include the pretty ceramic bucket. This is a lie since the Mormile website specifically says that the item as shown (with ceramic bucket) is the $40 dollar version. I was also told that they were unable to complete my order with Delivery and Mylar Balloon b/c of how little I paid. Mind you I paid the $7 delivery fee and the $5 fee for a single mylar balloon. It wasn’t like they were giving these things away for free. They made plenty on my order and then felt the need to screw me over on the flower container. In the end, they pulled the old bait and switch and they disappointed a customer. Needless to say I won't be using them again, and you shouldn't either.

My staff at Mormile Florists were great. I ordered a calla lily arrangement for my grandmother for Easter and she just loved it. I wanted the arrangement to also have some small daffodils in it and the staff had no problems at all making the custom arrangement. Thanks for helping me stay in touch with family over the holiday when I wasn't able to be there in person.
