As a Rockford resident I am highly disappointed in this store. Who we thought to be the owner of the store reprimanded my 2 year for touching a toy at a toy store. She was rude and followed us around kept pushing us to buy something. I will not go back to this store nor recommend it.

Super disappointed in the employees here. We came in with our 3 small children with the intention of purchasing each of them a toy. When we got there we let them play in the playroom first as they were all warm from the heat outside. Soon after, who we thought to be the store owner, came over and huffed at my husband that my 1 year old had bumped a couple of boxes over. Obviously straightening the store is more important than a sale. She then went on to make comments under her breath about what the playroom looked like after my children played in there--they left a few cars/trucks out. We didn't feel welcome nor did we want to support a store with such unfriendly employees. Needless to say, we left without puchasing anything and won't be returning.

I was excited to come here to look for birthday gifts for my son who is turning two, however I was quickly disappointed when the minute I walked in my sister and I were being followed and stalked by the workers.. I understand they don't want people to shoplift but I've never felt so disrespected in my life. She made the worst attempt to act like she was straightening products when clearly she was only following us. She was never more than 3 feet behind us and it drove me right out the door. The business I would have given them, I quickly drew back on. Please learn how to treat customers... if you're that worried about shop lifting that you feel the need to stalk your customers, then you should invest in cameras. Will never be coming back.

This toy store has a good selection of toys. It doesn't change too much, but it's a fun place to look around. The staff is friendly but not overly helpful. As the mom of two young boys, the deal breaker is they don't have a restroom! If one of my boys has to go, it's time for us to leave. We'd definitely be able to stay around and shop longer if there was a bathroom in the store!

Very nice things would like to have purchased a lot of things for my new grandson.However, my 9 mth. pregnant daughter and I stopped after a long car ride, and before shopping my daughter needed to use the bathroom. She was told that she would need to use the bathroom at the bar across the street. This is very bad business, I understand that you my not like the public always using your bathrooms, but very pregnant women and small children and being a toy store! It is also very bad to tell people to go over to another person business for a service that you will not accomodate.
