This comment is for JM that took some time out of her day to commented on my review. My response to you is. Maybe you were the one that was rude and unprofessional to me when I went there. If you were Not,,,,please make a note to self; That YOU should ONLY speak about YOURSELF and YOUR experience on this page; and no one elses. If you WERE the one that was sitting at the front desk, I have three words to say, based on your comment to my review, EXCUSES,EXCUSES, EXCUSES. This was MY experience that I had, NOT YOURS . This is not FB, Twitter, or Instragram where you can chit chat to each other. Moving forward.....let use this pages to help others to gather information that will help them make the best decision for themselves. Unless you were there with me .....please shhhh!

(My experience was a few years ago) I was referred there from RiverView Medical Center, after seriously cutting two of my fingers. Everyone was kind to me and understanding. I couldn't have asked for better medical professionals to take care of me. They answered all my questions, and addressed all of my concerns.



For those who are posting negative reviews, I am sorry you had such a bad experience.

Yes, there are rude and unprofessional people in the field.

To Some - not all - of the people posting: your bad experience might have had something to do with your attitude.

Unless you work in the health field, you might not understand why you had to wait so long, or why someone behaved in a certain way.

There are laws about who can say what and who cannot. Read up on HIPAA to learn more.
