Great experience, clean , great customer service .

The practice of forcing ticket purchases through the concession is an incredible inconvenience. When I made a gentle suggestion to management, I was treated with derision and disdain.
At least pretend you care what your customers think and took the time to share with you.
I live quite close to this theater (In Panorama Heights), but will happily drive across town to their competitor simply as a matter of principle.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE TICKETS FOR PREMIER CINEMAS!
I purchased my tickets on line so I wouldn't have to stand in line, but I had to stand in line for my pre-paid tickets. All other kiosks to print tickets for those who paid online and paid the additional "convenience fee". If I had known I would have gone to the Cottonwood Mall. This was after a manger told me they couldn't help me. I was unable to enter the theater until 10 minutes after start time. There were only seats available right in the front and I am farsighted and an unable to see the screen clearly so close. This is why I buy online so I can skip line and print my tickets like EVERY OTHER theater in the area does.
After walking out of theater, the "manager" told me I could only be refunded on a gift card and that she did not understand why anyone bought tickets on line since it cost extra for a "convenience fee" and seats weren't even guaranteed. NEWSFLASH! PEOPLE PAY THE CONVENIENCE FEE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO STAND IN LINE!

This is a nice theater. It's clean and the staff is friendly.
