I would urge anyone to stay clear of this engineer. He is an unscrupulous individual with a bad temper. He overcharged on a contract, then refused to complete the job when he had a fight with the architect, refused to refund the money paid to him, walked off the job, and then would only forward the plans to another engineer upon payment. The second engineer had to redo everything he did. Stay clear.
