I recently shipped a vehicle with Elite transport. When the vehicle arrived it was badly stone damaged from the carrier. I have tried several times to get this resolved with no luck. They sub-contracted the freight out and now won't return my calls. They were paid up front for the delivery in good faith. Damage to the vehicle is estimated to be $2500. The car was in perfect condition with only 900 miles on it when it left the dealership. When it arrived in Seattle it was covered in gravel and had the fog light broken. Once the vehicle was washed it reveled all the rock chips from being "sandblasted" with gravel while being transported. If this is the kind of follow up service they offer, I would not recommend using their services under any circumstances. I though they carried insurance for this type of occurance. I think it is very rude to ignore a problem when one arises. I had shipped a vehicle with these people before and everything went fine. I had thought I would use their services again in the future for delivery of more vehicles, but have changed my mind after this incident.....Prince George Motors...British Columbia...Canada
