I got the best haircut of my life two days ago by Erica at Pearle. I showed her some ideas and then she ran with it and I am SOOOO Happy. She really tailored the cut for me and I have already gotten over 10 compliments. Erica Rocks!

Well, my experience at Pearle was much different than the previous client's. It was the first time I had been there and everyone was very professional. Kate did my hair and listened very carefully to my complaints about previous hair styles/colors as well as concerns I had with my hair. I love my color, my cut and the way she styled it. I feel like I was truly listened to and will continue to go back to her and refer my friends to her. There is a true studio feel to the place, not a spa and not a salon. One room, many people, group conversations... I thought it was fun!

I give this salon the rating I do based on the amazing service I received from miss tiffany. I absolutely love my new hair she did fantastic job! I would refer any and everyone I know to her! That being said the owner, I believe her name is Kate, needs to get her stuff together. In my opinion she has no business running a salon. The front desk was extremly unorganized in the way clients are dealt with. Kate yelled across the salon numerous times and discussed unprofessional topics in front of not only her own but everyone elses clients as well. My confirmation call was quite possibly the worst ive received and could tell the receptionist clearly did not give a dam about her job nor did she have any idea what she was doing, I believe she said her name was Nicole. All in all I will return but only to receive the amazing service tiffany provided! Thankyou again for that you went above and beyond my expectations! I feel fabulous.
