Joan is an amazingly kind woman. I explained that I was getting married the next day and my wedding dress got a stain… and my regular dry cleaner turned me down. Joan assisted me in getting my dress cleaned while I waited. I am so thankful for Joan and all her help. I even offered to pay extra but she said no and just charged me the regular price. If you are in need of a dry cleaning in Reno this is the place I personally recommend. Thank you again Joan.

Unlike some of the reviews here, I have had only GREAT experiences. I've read all the reviews, I double checked the last couple loads that I have had done, nothing, they are clean, no "marks" or smells and an overall a FANTASTIC job! They are fast and friendly people and Joan is AMAZING! I even screwed up a couple of times for 3-4 extra days.... She didn't care, she is always understanding and nice every time I’m in here. This place has my highest recommendation and to the fake people posting fake reviews I say shame on you, this is a GREAT business run by GREAT PEOPLE!

This is a friendly suggestion. Avoid this cleaners. Their "shirts cleaned for $1.75" store front advertisement is a bait and switch. I took five shirts into the store for laundry only. They wanted to charge the dry cleaning price because of the buttons on the shirts. These are regular work dress shirts that have been laundered by other cleaners in town several times. It is in your best interest to avoid this business. If they are going to be dishonest with the prices they charge, think of what they will do with the clothes they clean for you.
