The staff and doctor at Piedmont occupational urgent care are rude and complete idiots.
We need a new urgent care that stays open 24 hours and on weekends plus new staff and new doctors! Reidsville needs urgent care not stupid care.

Not very impressed with service. Daughter went in thinking she had strep throat, dr. came in checked her throat and ears felt her lymph nodes and gave her a perscription for strep throat, without giving her the test. We go to check out only to find their policy is to only use your primary insurance, we have double coverage so a visit that would be a lot less expensive anywhere else cost an extra 98$. What office doesn'twant insurance. Go else where.

I went for a pre-employment physical and was treated professionally by a very nice staff. Melissa went above and beyond the call to assist me with the paperwork and the entire process

Sent my husband home twice with nothing but a z pac when he clearly had pneumonia. The next day he ended up in the ER and was in Moses Cone for 4 days! The Doctor is a joke and should have his license revoked! Never been treated so terribly! He doesn't give a crap about anyone, in and out in two seconds, don't give you a chance to say a word! Will NEVER go here ever again!!
