They exclusively service Audi, VW, Porsche, BMW, and MINI's, and they do this well. I've had my fair share of abuse from "stealerships", but after some particularly egregious treatment at the VW dealer and went searching elsewhere and found reference to these guys online. They have have a great website that should answer any questions. As far as my specific experience, I received thoughtful patient service on the phone and upon visiting the place (Thank you Justin and Monty). The shop, waiting area, and reception are clean and customer friendly. I have never been to an automotive shop that had such clean restrooms. The toilet paper was even folded, something you would expect at a Hilton, not a garage. What I was most impressed with is a real lack of the usual disconnect that you see at dealerships between your "service advisor" and the people actually doing service. As a Porsche and Audi owner, I can testify to the great service and work that Redmond European provides. A trip to the local Audi dealer left me with an empty feeling when they presented me with a repair quote for over $3500 in repairs that needed to be taken care of. This is the only place I will take my Audi's. Monty is a great mechanic! I can depend on them to fix the problem right the first time, and stick to thier price quote. I use to take my car to the dealership, but after thier poor service and outrageous prices, I had to find a mechanic that could do the same quality work you would expect from the dealership, but at a fraction of the cost. Redmond European may not be the cheapest, but they are definatley the Best!!
