As a client for over 15 years, I have never felt more humiliated and ripped off by a company EVER. My teenage daughter wrecked her first car that was insured by NorCal Pacific. In dealing with the claim process, I was referred by one employee to another employee's body shop (Tina and Chris Coulter of Lake Bros Auto). My daughters car was essentially stripped of all good parts including the new battery, amplifier, subs, new tires and new front brake pads and rotors. In addition, the original quote of $850 to fix the car entirely gradually increased to over $3000. I was lied to and never authorized work to commence yet when I came to tow the car to another shop for an additional estimate my daughters car was already partially dismantled. When I tried to discuss the matter with the owner and manager of NorCal Pacific, I was told to pursue the matter in small claims court all the while defending their employee. Clearly a conflict of interest which never should have happened to begin with. Stay away from NorCal Pacific!

I had this insurance agency for 8 yrs. They were o.k. for most of it but then my agent Pam was never available or out of the office. She tried to bind a policy that I never saw or agreed to that was much more than the previous one. So I then talked to Bobbett the so called office manager who was extremely rude. I would stay away from this company if you want to be valued as a paying customer! Horrible service!
