This is a small dojo (school), which is great because you receive extra attention! It is a traditional, Okinawan karate style. The teacher is great at walking you through what is "real world practical" versus what is practiced. He does warm up exercises, kata, kumite and weapons (only if you want to learn this). He is safe (requires sparring gear, mouthpieces, etc) and attentive. I would recommend trying a class. It is definitely the opposite of the big factories that are popping up all around and costing a lot of money. He charges monthly and the rates are very affordable.

Great location, very good instruction, plenty of parking, and affordable rates. Teaches kids of all ages and adults too.
