just wanted to say thanks to Tanner Wright at Team Powersports Raleigh on Glenwood Ave. Tanner made sure the correct parts were ordered, they arrived within a reasonable time, and was even able to beat my online sources in regards to price. Team powersports was only cheaper by $3.00 but still that was the absolute cheapest I found the parts. In addition, Tanner called me to let me know the parts arrived. I have not had good service at this location before, but Tanners commitment and friendly, helpful attitude has given me renewed hope in dealerships. I will still shop around when parts shopping, but will also make sure to call Tanner at TPS Raleigh to see what he can do. If you are looking parts make sure to speak with Tanner Wright. He is the parts manager and will help you out.

I dont know how team powersports stays in bussiness, both dealers in garner and smithfield dont have any concept of customer service, and they dont do any deals except for (josh) in smithfield and in garner i forgot the name of the guy, when at the garner store you can be waiting 20 mins or longer before anyone speaks to you. Ypu could be looking or need help or wld like a purchase and not one person will come ask you if you need any help. Then when you ask for help they tell you to wait or as if you are braking a leg.Then there are some serious adtituded then the prices wow, i don't know what is cheaper bmw parts or get parts from team powersports (that is how expensive this place is) My advice is to look and search else were before u come to this 2 dealers. then i bought the maintanance package i am allowed one tow in 3 years to get free towing, and not one dealer had a tow truck??? one dealer did have the towing available, the other one the manager so post to contact me never did until real late so if get in trouble on the road dont expect help from your maintanance packge, or rebursment, bottom line, customer service sucks, no deals, no offers, rude people, the owner need to do something about it
