My grandparents, much like everyone else’s, are living on a fixed income for the rest of their lives. When they heard about a security system with promises of motion detection and video monitoring on what was promoted as a steal, they called for installation. My grandparents are very trusting and kind people, and when the technician came with all the bells and whistles he also brought a system called Docu-Sign. The system is brilliant in that it is secure and efficient, but nothing is without flaw. My grandparents were told to “sign here and here and here” and so on, and did so without much thought of what it meant other than the fact that their home would be secure. Now, they have a security system they don’t know how to use and are stuck in a very long contract for. $55 per month that could be going to their medications and groceries I am budgeting toward an alarm system I can’t visit to fix nor explain to them how to try to operate. They’ve tried to call and explain that they cannot afford the system, and that they also weren’t made aware of the lengthy contract entrapment made by SFI. SFI, who knows they cannot hold on to customers based on merit, value, trustworthiness, nor product reliability, must instead trick elderly people who are getting part time jobs and skipping gas for drives to church to instead pay for a security system that’s rendered useless to them. If you can find a security company that believes in their product enough to not trap you in a contract, they probably have an exponenital amount of credibility compared to Security Force, Inc. If my story does not convince you to stay away, please take the time to read not only the other negative reviews this company has earned but also the snide responses the company gives to people who dare speak out against them.

I am very happy with Security Force!!! I could not ask for a better security company. They are very nice and easy to deal with. Whenever I have a problem they are always there to help!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a security company.

Security Force provided me with a local company (based in Raleigh) that's also well established in the Carolinas. I had the option of monitoring for $14.99/month as well as not having a contract. I appreciate SFI's commitment to individual customer service. SFI stands head and shoulders above the competition.
