The Rainbow Services staff are friendly. The serviceman was on time and the repair was done quickly. My questions were welcomed and answered completely. The bill was a little less I expected, and the guarantee was a year long warranty. I have felt cheated by another company before, it was good to feel like I could trust Ed. Great job Rainbow.
