Ordered chow Mein gave me onion soup had basic description of there food so I looked it up online to confirm what I was ordering clearly doesn’t match the information I found, when brought to there attention the woman answering the phone hung up on me . Glad to see customer service still exist.... she should be fired all she did was laugh at us and hang up. Do not go to this place off capital. Customer service is awful

Food is terrible...seafood smelled horrible...Food wasn't fresh......My noodles tastes like they were 3days old....

Good was ok. Don't order from them using bringmethat.com. they will mass up your order, CHARGE you extra and all that do is place your order! Call china express directly to order! China express will CHARGE you extra to fix your order placed from a third party.

Horrible customer service. We never received our food because after waiting for 2 hours we called the restaurant and the guy we spoke to was very rude and crude. He cursed and hung up on us. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional people, they are not worth the headache. They don't care about their customers.

After our favorite chinese restaurant... fortune palace.. closed down we tried several local restaurants... including those close by work in cary, for take out...which had received high ratings, but were bland and not the quality we expected. We took a chance with new china express and we were blown away by the taste and the friendlieness of the staff and delivery driver. We feel that this is our new favorite chinese restaurant and will recommend them to family and friends. I absolutely could live off the hot and sour soup and pork low mein! Thank you for a outstanding delivery dinner!

First time I ate here I was craving Chinese at 10pm and found this lone Chinese restaurant open and I never expected the food to be as good as it was. And I have high standards for Chinese food. Egg drop soup is the best and they don't have problems customizing your plate for you. You want water chestnuts or you don't , they will take them out or add them depending on the dish... Try it you will not be disappointed
