Scheduled an appointment at 12pm, didn't even get my car in till 1245. Service took way to long for what needed to be done and ended up spending 3 hours in there for a wheel alignment that could have taken 1hr max. Very disappointed do not go here

I have accepted the free oil change certificate. I am delighted that there is concern over this issue and that it is not considered normal practice. I am amending my review from a 2 to a 4.

Pricing is confusing for Oil Change and they charged a different amount at the register than was QUOTED online.

These are the fact for 1-7-11. Completed online order for oil change with the following info printed from the order. --

1. Selected Services: $14.95 --

2. Oil Filter Disposal Fee $2.00 --

3. Est Sales Tax: $0.67 --

4. Due at your appt: $17.62.

Total Bill after svc was $20.11. The difference was $1.00 for Recyclable Fluid Disposal fee and $1.05 for Shop supplies, which cover misc material and for profit, as well as a tax difference of $0.44.

(The tax was for the discounted price of the oil & filter $10.26, fluid disposal fee $1.00, filter disposal fee $2.00, and shop supplies $1.05. $14.31@7.75%=$1.11 tax and not the .$0.67 quoted online.)
