A great company to work with. We have moved all of our companies printing and promotional business to Instant Imprints. There turnaround is faster than any company we have ever worked with, and they go out of their way to please their customers. Wish all companies were this great to work with.

I have placed several orders with Instant Imprints. My orders have been handled quickly at a fair price. The quality is outstanding and far superior to other printers that I have done business with in Raleigh. Would definitely recommend their work!!!

Poor customer service- After having an item embroidered, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the employer who did the work as well as the owner/manager. They offered to remove the incredibly small (and impossible to read) font, leaving only holes in the very expensive item which would not be able to re-embroider. No one offered to reimburse me for my loss (of more than $100 valued item) and expressed their mere loss of $10 fee as insignificant in the scheme of things. Also told me my business was not important in their eyes. Rude behavior and unwillingness to admit their wrong. Blamed me in the process. Would never recommend them to anyone!!!!
