Gray & Creech represents itself as being a local, community oriented company. If you decide to do business with them make sure that you read all documents and agreements very, very carefully. They sell agreements to a company in Ohio that handles billing, payments, etc. and they are absolutely non-customer oriented. If you try to reach customer service you end up with another company that does their customer support that is located in Louisiana or Alabama.
