I have done business with Tim for years so I totally disagree with the 1 star review given by the other gentlemen. As a small manufacturer I have bought over 100 large batteries from them over a period of years. They know their business and give accurate advice and have everything in stock so what more could you want?

I was highly disappointed by my experience. For starters, I walked in and got in line. The man at the counter left with the person in front of me and a new person came from the back to help me. Or at least that was probably his intention. He walked up to the counter and stared at me. No greeting, no, "May I help you?" After about ten seconds I told him I needed to get my battery replaced, at which point he walked to a door and told me two cars were in the bay and the wait would be about ten minutes. Nothing horrible yet, just weird. So I sat in my car for over twenty minutes waiting for a car to back out like he had said. When a car finally did back out of the bay, an older man who had arrived ten minutes after I did pulled into the bay ahead of me. I honked my horn and went to get out of my car and they proceeded to start shutting the bay door. At which point I left. In summarization, this business lacks organization and customer relations skills. Just awful.
