The therapy team communicates closely with our on-site physician, nurses and social services, dietary and activities’ personnel to provide comprehensive care. University Park Care Center is also equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and modalities to maximize your therapy experience. This facility uses an interdisciplinary team approach, which involves patients and families in establishing a plan of care with the goal of returning to home and community life. The team at University Park Care Center believes that their patients deserve dignity, respect, and the highest possible quality of life.
