Service is quick, food is great, and employees are amazing. My favorite restaurant in town, we have been going there for about 8 years and we've never left unhappy.

The only Mexican Food my entire family enjoys. Something on the menu for everyone and the serving size always leaves lunch leftovers. Prices are very good. Try Rojas soon... You will have a new favorite Mexican restaurant too.

So delicious, best green chile in town. The service always friendly and normal wait for such fresh food and two locations.. Downtown and Pueblo West. We bring all our out of town guests to Rojas. Highly recommend.

Service is NOT slow- it's really quick & they give you green chili & tortillas to munch on while you wait! Staff is always friendly & restaurant is always clean!!! Fav is the cheese chili rellenos or the deep fried chicken tacos! sopapillas are great too! The only thing I don't care for is the Spanish rice. Different seasoning I guess...

Be prepared to wait an excruciating amount of time for your meal. It used to be better, but they have really lost their good service throughout the last few months. I stopped taking my out of town guests there because it's so bad.

Food is affordable!

Green-chili is wonderful and try the stuffed sopa's.
