General Info
Big Sandy Health Care, founded in 1974, is a private, nonprofit corporation that provides medical services to the residents of southeastern Kentucky. The center offers Shelby Valley Clinic, Mud Creek Clinic, Hope Family Medical, Mud Creek Dental Clinic and physician services for women. It provides a wide array of medical and dental services to persons of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Big Sandy Health Care is located in Prestonsburg, Ky.
