I have visited this place multiple times over the years.. The worst customer service imaginable. Incredibly rude, disrespectful, etc..will make you feel like a complete idiot for just breathing. Horribly overpriced also, the typical ammo I get is DOUBLE the cost here, not to mention the mostly outdated firearms they have being the cost of an arm & leg, maybe more. On top of this, they will not do any sort of returns. They will make you feel like a complete idiot until you give in & buy what they think you should..then after you realize what happened & that you really dont want what they sold you(next day & no use of holster in my case), they tell you they do not accept returns. They do not have posted anywhere that they do not accept returns, nor do they tell you, they simply point out the fine print on the bottom of their hand written receipt that does say all sales are final.. complete ludicrous idiocy, senility, etc.. Complete turn off to the firearm industry, complete turn off to these kind of people in general. Very disappointing to say the least. Complete lack of reason & customer service. Never do business here, they have no business being in business. There are sooo many other excellent places to service your firearms needs, such as: Safe Fire, Brimstone Gunsmithing(highly recommended), Sportsmans Warehouse, Keiths Sporting goods... it's hard enough finding good people or a good business to deal with these days, let someone else who knows what they are doing & will treat you halfway decent have your business. I could go on & on, but beating a dead horse at this point. It just sucks that some people suck so much these days.
It's a big store with tons of used and new products, but they are all high end and expensive. There are no great price deals to be had, but all are good quality. The owner is a bit gruff, very opinionated, honest and very knowledgeable. One thing you will not run into is crowds. I was there on a Monday afternoon and had the place to myself. Overall I would buy guns there if I could afford high quality merchandise.

This company is absolutely the worst in the trade. They have opinions which they get from mid-air to nowhere and actually want folks to belive such things as they get "Special" guns from Remington which after checking with Remington they, Remington, state that they have heard of this boast by Gun Room personal before and have warned them not to do it. Go anywhere but Gun Room and get better prices and at least some actual support. After checking several places for the price of some ammo I ordered some from them and then had them jack up the price after telling me it was in but not over the phone. Due to commiting to the sale I bought it but will NEVER DO BUSINESS with such bottom feeders again. Let's hope the new folks in town selling identical equipment and ammunition for much less can help this business to it's rightful place----CLOSED. Don't just take my opinion, check all other sources you can find and 8 of 10 are negative towards this company and all of their personal
