Picked this company for Mom because they promised we could have weekend help...three years+ later and we still hardly ever have weekend help. We've been through at least 30 aides,..maybe 5 are good workers and reliable and we thank them for their help. Most All Metro aides in our experience do not show up to work. And the agency has the nerve to tell me that the aide is entitled to a day off. I say, yes, but she hasn't even started the case!! Very rare to get a cancellation call. Many aides that do come have zero experience especially with dementia patients...I have done All Metros job many time by training these aides. The office workers rarely return calls as promised. I have had to contact aides myself many, many times to get anyone to help my mom...again doing the agencys job. They claim they have aides scheduled to come but never send anyone else when someone cancels. Only reason we continue with this agency is that our weekday aide has been a blessing. This allows my family for go to work for a few hours without worrying too much.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!



Aids dont show up, and you dont get a phone call. Some aids say they changed the patent - when all they do is take a clean diaper and thropw it in the trash to make it look like they did their job. The customer service sucks, they dont care about the patient - i dont even know how this agency is still in business. If i could do it all over again i would NEVER sign up with this agency. The President Jim Watson never follows up if you have an issue. You can tell that his horrible work ethic trickles down all the way through each employee at All Metro Port Jeff



You'd be better off quitting your job and taking care of your loved one yourself, instead of dealing with this joke of an agency
