      incredible service

      I live in Port Huron and work in St. Clair night shift, broke down 2 miles from work. Called Preferred at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday night, John from preferred came to my plant where I work to get the keys within 40 minuets, OUTSTANDING, very polite and professional , looked sharp, nice truck. He delivered to my home in Port Huron and My wife was very pleased as well, very patient, very kind. I will ALWAYS call preferred.

      Horrible service

      We were only a few miles away from there shop, they said it would only be about a 10 minute wait and ended up waiting an 1 1/2 hours in the freezing cold below temperatures. Never again will we call then

      awesome!

      Just called these guys for a friend who needed a tow. They were great. I was a few miles away and only stopped to grab some cash and they beat me there! The car was practically ready to go. The driver was great he was patient and dropped the car inside one of the tightest spots ever. Well done!
