The manager is a slick talker, but when it came down to the finished product, their work is severely substandard. Take your car anywhere else, this place is a joke! They took one full day just to look at my brakes, and then they could not give me a reasonable estimate! A total waste of time!

Cruise N Cool is a dishonest, disreputable establishment. After prepaying them for a blown head gasket repair in my Toyota, they insisted, when they had the car apart and I had few options, that the repair would cost an additional $3000 which I also paid. After stealing my car stereo and breaking my power seat (among other things,) they, through perjury, lies, and manipulation of the court system, illegally obtained a Florida title to my car, even though they were paid in full. I alone possess the title to my car which is titled in Pennsylvania. This theft created an issue for me for three months until it was resolved. Still, when you steal a car, even if you return it, that doesn't change the fact that you have committed car theft. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
