This was the absolute worst place we ever could have booked a jet ski tour. After filling out endless forms and receiving five minutes of jet ski operation training, we were told to take the jet ski out on the water. We were also informed to stay 300 feet away from lobster divers and their boats. There were multiple boats, making that a terrible day for any tour. They shouldn't have allowed any to be booked those two days. After the guide told us where he'd take us, he sped off past us at 80 mph and got a mile ahead of us. Going at a reasonable, safe speed was obviously too slow. He realized we hadn't caught up yet, so he doubled back and told us if we didn't speed up, we wouldn't make it back in an hour. How ridiculous. A tour at 70 - 80 mph on a jet ski on the ocean filled with waves, boats and divers. You can't control a jet ski at that speed unless you've been riding them for a while, and the tour nor the guide allowed for that. There's no way I felt safe or smart riding at that speed. We stopped the tour and went back to land. No apology. No explanation. No offer of a refund. This was a horrendous experience and I will NEVER use them again, nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone.

My family and I had a great time. We rented waverunners. The prices were great. The business is ran by the owner and his family who were all very polite and professional. We will definitely be returning to this location on our next trip to Florida and I highly recommend this company for all your watersport needs.
