If for some reason there is a problem with any work that was done at that transmission shop, they would have taken care of it if it was related to the work that was being done. If it wasn't done fast enough for your liking or cost more than you would of hoped it would, then the problem is with you and not the place of business. I am sure that you were told how much it was going to cost before you agreed to have the work done, who in there right mind (what kind of idiot) leaves their vehicle to be worked on without a quote. Most people, if they have a problem, with try to sort them out, which with a shop or business doesn't take much than a quick phone call to most shop owners. Which would resolve your problem. P.S. The idiot that didn't like the shop owner should go back to grammar school and learn how to spell correctly, so that he can get a better job than he has and can afford to fix his vehicle and stop crying over stupid things. Be a man and pick up the phone, you're a coward.

This person cannot speak for all customers, and some people you just can't please. This person didn't have us do the work, and hides behind the Internet. We at Excel do the best possible job; we hope people would understand you cannot please everyone. As for how much a transmission cost depends on the car and condition of transmission, each rate is different as there are many different car-makers. We do up to 60 jobs a month that's lots of nice people happy paying for a quality job. The person who wrote this hurtful review didn't like me; this is there own opinion.

THis is the worst place ever known who ever wrote the last comment clearly owned or worked there. 100% complete opposite. Also when I was done getting work done there everyone I complained about agreed they would never go there and was shocked that I went there. Very dishonest place. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Complete disgrace to this small community to know that there is such an awful place attempting to conduct business here!!!

Very honest shop. They won't try to sell you anything you don't need and the prices are very fair. The customer service is the best I've ever seen and I am very happy with the service I received.
