HE IS AN AMAZING DR. I TOOK MY ELDERLY MOM THERE AND THE COMPASSION WAS AMAZING. WHEN WE LEFT MY MOM COULDN'T WAIT TIL HER NEXT APPT. AND FINALLY I GOT A DR. FOR MY MON THAT EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME & MOM . DR HIGGINS YOU ARE A GREAT DOCTOR.....

Dr.Higgins is a fabulous ey Dr. Years ago he was the ONLY Dr. that was able to fit me for soft contact lenes. Recenly he quickly diagnosed me with a dry eye condition after I complained of eye discomfort and immediately knew how to proceed. I know Dr, Higgins practices at the highest standard and really enjoys what he does and his patients. I would highly recommend Dr, Higgins to everyone.
