      Mr. Kramer served as my closing attorney in December 2009. Several months later, I tried to contact him concerning matters related to my new home. I called his office on three separate occasions. Although I was informed by his staff that he would call me back, I never did receive a return call from him. Incidentally, my closing was very simple and brief. I paid Mr. Kramer a decent sum of money for this effortless cash closing. I am extremely disappointed that he never returned my calls. If you want efficient, responsive legal counsel, I advise that you look elsewhere.
