DoubleTake Auto scratched the interior of my 7-month old car. I called them many times and even brought my car back to their shop for them to look at the scratches. They never returned my calls and also told me they would call me after they looked at the scratches in the interior, but they never called. I called them again and they said someone would definitely call me back by noon, but they never did. Very poor customer service and they scratched the inside of my car of my fairly new car. I would not go back and not recommend them to anyone. My car was in better shape before I brought it to them.

I had my car detailed on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. I noticed on the way home my clock & radio was not working. I called immediately to advise & was told to bring back & they'd check it out. On the way back I noticed a puddle of water in the compartment below the radio.I was told that shouldn't have been, and the attendant cleaned it out. Advised that maybe it was extra moisture, and in a couple of days would dry out, and things would probably be fine or maybe it's a fuse.. By the time I got home, there was another puddle of water in the same compartment. It took a whole paper towel to absorb. I'm still w/o a radio and clock. I've called and left a message, but I've not heard anything. There is no fuse marked clock/radio that I could find to replace. I shouldn't have to pay to take it for repair. My radio was on when I brought it to be detailed, and it was not when I picked it up.
