If I could put zero stars I would, our family was left with loads of manual labor to do and a pile of sand in our back yard and NO POOL, beyond disappointed and there was no attempt to try to even fix the problem. This was a big step for our family and a lot of money neither of which mattered to them. They did refund our money while smugly and aggressively wishing us luck on finding another company to do it for that price. Thankfully this ended up being a blessing in disguise having more done for a better price where they actually care about the customer !

I am very happy with the way Mr Pool employees treat me. They have always given me good advice and are very friendly and appreciative of my business. Recently, my pump started leaking from a pool that I had bought from Recreational Warehouse that is now closed. Mr Pool gave us options of fixing the old one or buying a new slightly more powerful one at $280. My son installed the new one without much difficulty and everything is working good as new. I would recommend Mr Pool.

I would never buy anything from them again. I bought a pool from them years ago and if something goes wrong they will not help you what so ever . Would not even call me back. Stay away from mr. Pool in Pinellas park. I would take a ride to Hudson or Tampa before I would ever go back there. Those mr. Pools are very helpful. It is the one in Pinellas park you need to stay away from.
