The first thing I noticed was the odor of urine. Poorly kept interior. Staff was unprofessional and not cordial; sometimes rude. My relative compalined of the meals being not balanced and tasteless; difficult to eat. Medications were not given on a timely basis and if you asked for your meds, staff might yell at you. I would NOT recommend this facility for your loved ones although it is in a lovely area.
