I received reasonably speedy response to service inquiry made to this company, where I had requested service and provided 3 candidate dates.



Response was within 1 day and indicated there would be scheduling follow-up within an additional day. This was good... IF THERE HAD "EVER" BEEN ANY SUBSEQUENT FOLLOW-UP...



I received no follow-up after 5 days, so reached out again 5 days after original outreach. Another 5 days have passed with ABSOLUTE ZERO FOLLOW-UP/COMMUNICATION.



To me, this illustrates a culture of COMPLETELY NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.



In the end analysis, I now believe I am very fortunate there was no customer service on the front end, as I can now move on to find a company that actually values customers, will do what they say they will do, and will hopefully gain me as a long term customer.

Mari is very professional and her girls are fabulous! The cleaning service they provide is absolutely wonderful. Initially I was going to do a one time cleaning but I was so impressed after the first cleaning that I am currently doing every other week. Not to sound selfish, but I now have more time to myself AND I come home to a sparkly clean house. The prices are affordable and honestly, it doesn't get any better than Mari's!

Mari can always adjust my cleaning on when i will and won' be home. another services Mari has that i love is when i am out of town a weekly inspection is done! to make sure everything is doing great! Mari's inspectors noticed my a/c was down to 77 after i left town, they turned it up to 86 until the day before i returned. Mari and her crew really care!
