,This has been one of our favorite eating places for a very long time. We usually dine at your establishment 3-4 times every month. However, we have always been disappointed in the problem of being seated. Your personnel, at the reception station, seem to be confused as to where they should seat you. At times, we have to stand there for several minutes before anyone seems to know that we are waiting. Last Friday Evening, about 4:45 PM, we had the worst experience ever. The man that was assigning the seating asked our name. I thought that was odd because there was only a few patrons in the restaurant, at that early dining time. He, then, disappeared. After several minutes, we went ahead and seated ourselves, in one of our favorite sites. He, after several more minutes, told us we had to move to the seats where people wait to be seated. We went to the nearby Olive Garden and had a really great dining experience. Sorry! We will try one more time.

I have been to Macaroni Grill about 10 or so times in the past year and a half. The food is usually very good and there have been no wait times when I go. The downside is that I seem to get very bad servers. They sometimes are crude, rude, or just not bringing our food in time so it is cold or hard when it arrives. The few times that I have gotten a good server it has been a great experience. From what I have heard from others, the macaroni grill in pensacola is not a good representation of the quality and good style of servers from other macaroni grills.
