Very unstructured. . The organization needs to be audited. Interns are expected to do all the work, yet it there is no real internship experience. It is all a joke. I had to file a grievance against the company because of unethical actions and unprofessionalism. Having untrained interns work in day care, not providing practical training as the are suppose to, interns making up hours that they did not work, and favoritism. Also interns have access to other people's files in MRT.
