      I called and Casey picked up the phone in 3 rings. I explained that my A/C unit was running constantly. He told me it is due to the extreme heat but said he would be happy to come over and check it out. He arrived within the hour, checked my indoor temp and the freon level. All was normal and he did not charge me. I have already given my neighbors his name and phone number. I will be sure to call on him in the future.

      After a few issues with parts and scheduling these guys cooled me down. Joseph took the time to explain why the first replacement part didn't fix the problem, but rather pointed them to the actual root cause of the problem. They were all kind and courteous throughout.

      They did a great job. Came out the same day, and within an hour parts where changed out and wiring done. Ac working.

      I was having an AC issue and got it fixed that day. Panhandle was very professional and fair in price. In my opinion, they are a 5 star business.
