Awesome customer service, great showroom, good selection. Best in town!

Immediately after writing the first review I found an email address and sent the review as an FYI to the company. What a reaction! In less than 10 minutes I received a response from the Vice President/Ops Manager and the Director of Marketing among others. In the end I was given a satisfactory clarification of the shipment process and where the confusion came into play (the confusion being the way it was explained by the salesman). In my experience dealing with complaints with other companies I usually had to escalate, via telephone, to one person after the next. Not in this case. I should give them five stars but will only give four because of the hassle I had to deal with up to this point. The management team of this company rocks! I now highly recommend them.

I ordered a lighting fixture from this company on 02/22/11 and was told it would arrive "from New Jersey" on March 2nd. On March 3rd I checked the order status and was told it would take another week to arrive in Pensacola. I'm now told March 2nd is when the New Jersey outfit would receive the product. I know I'm not suffering a memory loss and know my wife and I were told it would "arrive from New Jersey" on March 2nd. I'm not at all impressed with the salesman who said one thing and then changed his tune. This was my first and only impression of this company and it's not a good one. Why would a salesman provide a customer a delivery date of an intermediate location when he knows the customer only wants to know when they will hold the product in their hand. The lighting fixture is a replacement for one that died. If I knew I had to wait a month for the product I would have gone elsewhere.
