I was having issues with my trucks transmission and was putting off taking it in because I was new to the area and didnt have a mechanic I trusted here yet and I also feared the price tag of getting it fixed. After doing some asking around Hirst got suggested to me at least 3 times. I finally decided I would bite the bullet and take it in to be looked at. Additionally my job has very unpredictable hours and I could not make a reservation farther than 24 hours out. I called Hirst and just explained the issue I was having and my situation with work and he worked me in to the schedule the next morning. I showed up and Steve took my truck out to look at it almost immediately. As I was waiting in the office I noticed tons of letters tacked up on the wall and decided to read several. Outstanding service, very professional, took my 05 Jeep Wrangler in for what I hoped was a minor adjustment, needed new transmission, replaced it got a written warranty and reasonably priced, overall very pleased with service, highly recommend.
