      Hallmark is adjacent to some terrific downtown Pensacola nightlife. With the allure of lights and action nearby, this community is primed for some terrific growth. The Saenger Theater is nearby, which is terrific for concerts. There are also some terrific shopping experiences nearby, as well as great restaurants. Pensacola has its minor league baseball team, the Blue Wahoos, within a short walking distance away as well. With Maritime Park, Sanders Beach, and all the gorgeous downtown Pensacola atmosphere a short distance away, this is a can't miss community!Hallmark has a community pool, which is a great addition to the 76-unit community. The internal area of the community is going to have walking paths in the common areas.
