Only gave a 1 because 0 wasn’t an option. Set up a service with them after hearing something in the attic, came out and gave an estimate and were paid in full! (BIG MISTAKE) since then, they were a no show on the appt to put out traps in the attic, reschedule #1. Set out traps at appt #2, they were supposed to come out weekly to check the traps, had to call after 3 weeks to say what the heck? When are you coming back out? Scheduled for them to come check traps and the tech (Cory) tells me he doesn’t see anything in the traps, but he had caught a big rat the last time he was there..WRONG! He can’t get in without me..this was the first time he was checking the traps! Scheduled appt #3...you guessed it...no show again!! I was told by tech Cory that he had to go to Gulf Shores to give a new customers estimate...HELLO...take care of the customers you have!
I would NEVER recommend this company, ridiculously expensive, poor customer service and lie about catching “critters”.
