I wanted to rent a couple tables and chairs but they would not rent them to me without renting a bounce house. It does not say anywhere on their website about any conditions. It even lists the tables and chairs with a price, as if they would rent them separately. The woman I spoke to was somewhat courteous, but unhelpful with my situation.
Please understand we are a company who delivers all of their rentals and we do have a minimum order of $100. It is NOT required to specifically rent a bouncer in order to rent the chairs or tables, however you do have to rent enough items to spend a total of at least $100 just to place an order with us. There are companies locally where you can go to their store location and pickup the small items you may need but it is standard practice for delivery type companies to have a minimum order amount to justify the time and fuel spent to deliver items to your party location.
