Bath Masters was contracted to refinish two bathtubs by my property management company. After a matter of months, the finish on one tub was nearly half way removed. After they were contacted, they came out and stated this was due to lack of cleaning the tub and refused to warranty their work. I had my property management company contact two other companies in the area, both came out and inspected the tub and said the only way it could have happened was with abrasive or bleach cleaners. Bath Masters was contacted again, came out and recanted saying what the other two companies said. After some back and forth, the managers quit returning calls, customer service was a complete joke and even their technician said there was no way that the failure occurred with what his supervisor was actually suggesting. I'm now having to pay a reputable company to come out and not only strip and fix the work but I will have to pay again out of pocket for work that should have been completed properly the first time. The company that is coming out did give a diagnosis saying that they didn't seal the finish properly and this is what caused the problem in the first place. Save yourself time, money and headache. Find a reputable company that will actually warranty their work (and take pride in it) instead of getting out of maybe the 200 dollars it would have taken to fix their mistake. If I could possibly give less stars, I would.
