Our Ascension Sacred Heart Trauma Department, trauma center in Pensacola,Florida has a dedicated trauma care team that includes neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons. As a Level II Trauma Center, we are a critical care emergency destination for [air and] ground ambulances. The ER, critical medicine and trauma care teams prepare for serious trauma injuries from violence, motor vehicle accidents, natural disasters and other causes of serious trauma.
